Highly doubtful CCP will ever give us a respec ever again since SP is now stupidly easy to obtain... we can triple stack boosters, instant SP boost post-match*, earn extra SP passively with the warbarge subsystem, and earn bonus SP from daily miss...

I love the idea of a pop-up or a sound for killing someone in proto (these usually consist of beautiful, delicious, and heartfelt tears). There is nothing more satisfying sound of getting a head shot.
